The Portofino model is designed to meet the high standards of modern living and professional environments.
Built from premium Italian manufacture materials, these custom interior doors combine stability, durability, and refined aesthetics — making them suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
The adjustable frame system allows easy installation on walls of different thicknesses (from 7 cm up to 30+ cm).
The opening direction (left or right) is determined during installation on-site.
- Door leaf material: Reinforced MDF frame, strengthened with chipboard and double-sided HDF panels in the selected decor
- Surface finish: Environmentally friendly CPL laminate with a decorative texture — resistant to wear, scratches, and household cleaning agents
- Frame type: Adjustable, suitable for walls 7–30+ cm thick
- Leaf and opening direction: Straight-cut leaf, left/right (decided during installation)
- Core (infill): Natron honeycomb core or extruded chipboard
- Hinge type: Standard pass-through (butt) hinge
Door Core Cross-Section
The core of Portofino interior doors can be made with natron honeycomb core or extruded chipboard, depending on the level of sound insulation and durability required.
Natron Honeycomb Core
Lightweight yet strong, this structure provides excellent stability and cost efficiency.
It withstands impact up to 30 kg/cm² and offers a sound insulation index of 26–30 dB.
Extruded Chipboard Core
A denser, more durable core — pressed chipboard with cylindrical cavities.
Certified by German manufacturers, it’s ideal for high-traffic areas that require improved acoustic performance (30–35 dB) and long-lasting reliability.

The Portofino model comes standard with pass-through butt hinges, ideal for everyday installation needs.
Standard Butt Hinge
Classic and reliable hinge with a continuous pin and a load capacity of up to 30 kg.
Perfect for frequently used doors, supplied in a set of three hinges.
Optional Glass Panels
Upon request, Portofino doors can be customized with glass panels, depending on the purpose of the space and project requirements.
