The Painted MDF door model stands out for its perfectly smooth surface and solid internal structure, making it ideal for interiors where minimalism, elegance, and durability are equally valued.
Its key aesthetic feature lies in the flat, precisely finished leaf, available in the most popular tones – white and anthracite grey – easily adaptable to both classic and modern spaces.
Each door is painted in three layers – an isolating primer, polyurethane base coat, and final polyurethane lacquer by a renowned Italian manufacturer – ensuring exceptional color stability and surface protection.
Doors are available in standard dimensions (69, 79, 89 × 206 cm), with the option to adjust to wall thicknesses between 9 and 29 cm.

- Surface finish: Painted according to RAL color chart – smooth and durable finish
- Frame: One-piece solid box frame, 40 mm thick, adjustable for walls 9–29 cm

- Opening direction: Straight-cut leaf, left/right (set during installation)
- Casing: Vertical 80×16 mm / Horizontal 80×12 mm

Natron Honeycomb Core
Lightweight yet stable, the natron honeycomb core provides structural integrity and cost efficiency.
Known for its impact resistance (up to 30 kg/cm²) and sound insulation between 26–30 dB, it ensures durability and comfort in everyday use.
Extruded Chipboard Core
A heavier and more robust variant – pressed chipboard with cylindrical openings.
Certified by German manufacturers, it is suitable for high-traffic areas, offering improved sound insulation between 30–35 dB.
